Six The Musical has announced open auditions to join the casts of its West End and UK tour productions.
With a powerhouse pop score by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, Six turns Tudor queens into pop princesses as 500 years of historical heartbreak becomes an hour of 21st century sass.
The musical is now recasting for both its open-ended run at The Arts Theatre in London’s West End and it’s ongoing UK tour.
An open audition call reads:
Sensational singer/actor/dancers required to perform the SIX wives of Henry VIII as they reunite to tell their stories in the form of a pop concert. Must have great contemporary pop voices, good comedic instincts, and be able to interact with an audience well. Gigging experience is a plus.
We welcome and encourage applications from all self-identifying female and non-binary performers, as long as they are comfortable playing female roles. We are looking to cast the most exceptionally talented group of people, regardless of size/shape/ethnicity etc.
Open auditions will be held in London at Pineapple Dance Studios on Friday, February 28 with a sign in at 9:30AM.
The audition process will begin with a dance call with singing callbacks at a later date. You must be 18 or over to audition.
