Waving Through A Window has been named the most popular musical song to sing in the car.
We all know that the car is one of the best places to belt out some of your musical favourites, with this in mind Halfords analysed thousands of Spotify driving playlists to reveal the top musical driving songs.
Coming out on top is ‘Waving Through A Window’ performed by Ben Platt from Dear Evan Hansen, followed closely by Hamilton’s ‘Satisfied’ performed by Renée Elise Goldsberry.
Although Dear Evan Hansen takes the top spot, Hamilton is comfortably the most popular musical to sing along to in the car, featuring eight times in the top 10, which you can see below.
Other songs from musicals in the top 50 include ‘Candy Store’ from Heathers: The Musical, ‘Defying Gravity’ from Wicked and ‘Take Me or Leave Me’ from Rent at 15th, 18th and 22nd respectively.
