A music video of ‘A World of Colour’ from new musical Fantastically Great Women Who Changed the World has been revealed!

A stage adaptation of suffragette descendent Kate Pankhurst’s award-winning picture book, Fantastically Great Women Who Changed the World has been created by celebrated dramatist Chris Bush (Nine Lessons and Carols, Almeida Theatre), Number 1 hit songwriter Miranda Cooper (Girls Aloud, Sugar Babes) and Jennifer Decilveo.

Following its world premiere in 2021 the show is currently on tour across the UK ahead of runs in London and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

In a newly released music video, you can watch Jade Kennedy as Frida Kahlo, Renée Lamb, Christina Modestou and Kirstie Skivington performing ‘A World Of Colour’ from the show.

The musical is directed by Amy Hodge with a creative team made up of designer Joanna Scotcher, choreographer Dannielle Lecointe, lighting designer Zoe Spurr and sound designer Carolyn Downing.

Join our inquisitive heroine Jade as she breaks away from her class to take a peek behind the scenes at the not yet open Gallery of Greatness in the local museum.

Along her journey she is surprised to meet the original and incredible wonder women: Frida Kahlo, Rosa Parks, Amelia Earhart, Marie Curie, Emmeline Pankhurst to name just a few.
