Watch the Original Broadway Cast of Head Over Heels reunite to sing for Pride

The Original Broadway Cast of Head Over Heels have reunited for a special performance for Pride.

Head Over Heels is a jukebox musical based on the songs of all-female rock band The Go-Go’s.

The musical first premiered in 2015 and ultimately opened on Broadway in 2018.

Put together by original Broadway cast member Peppermint, the show’s company have reunited to perform a medley of songs from the musical together with The Go-Go’s themselves.

The video was released to draw attention to the Ali Forney Center who address the need for stable housing for LGBT youth.

Appearing in the video are Amber Ardolino, Andrew Durand, Ann Klein, Ari Groover, Arica Jackson, Belinda Carlisle, Bess Rogers, Bonnie Milligan, Brian Flores, Catherine Popper, Charlotte Caffey, Chris Munnel, Dena Tauriello, Gavin Lodge, Gina Schock, Gregory Liles, Jane Wiedlin, Jeremy Kushnier, Julie Boardman, Justin Prescott, Kathy Valentine, Kimberly Grigsby, Lisa Finegold, Nolan Doran, Peppermint, Rachel York, Samantha Pollino, Sharon Catherine Brown, Tanya Haglund, Taylor Iman Jones and Yurel Echezarreta.

Peppermint said: “I had so much fun putting this together. It was great to reunite for a good cause.”

Head Over Heels closed on Broadway in January 2019.
