The Theatre Channel welcomes 2021 with 'Brand New Day' music video

The Theatre Channel has welcomed in the new year with a special clip from its latest episode.

Adam Blanshay Productions, The Theatre Café and Playbill have shared a music video of 'Brand New Day’ to celebrate 2021.

The performance, starring Rachel John, comes from episode 4 of musical web series The Theatre Channel.

Episode Four – Hopeful Holidays – is available to purchase now, with the full episode including a host of extracts from much loved musicals, starring Matt Croke, Zizi Strallen, Sophie Louise Dann, Tosh Wanogho Maud and recent Olivier Award-winner Cassidy Janson.

All five episodes of The Theatre Channel are available to purchase as part of a new package deal priced at £50, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Theatre Artists Fund.

The series will drop its next instalment on 29 January 2021.

The Golden Era of Broadway Episode will feature Freddie Fox (Channel 4’s Cucumber & Banana, ITV’s White House Farm), Bonnie Langford (9 to 5, 42nd Street), Marisha Wallace (Hairspray, Waitress, Dreamgirls), Mazz Murray (Mamma Mia!, We Will Rock You), Gary Wilmot (Flowers for Mrs Harris, Prince of Egypt) and Michael D. Xavier (Sunset Boulevard, Prince of Broadway).
