Drew Gasparini’s I Could Use A Drink UK premiere to stream online

Drew Gasparini musical I Could Use A Drink is to premiere online.

A digital production will be available to watch online via stream.theatre between Friday, 7 May to Sunday, 16 May 2021.

The cast will feature Ahmed Hamad, Billy Nevers, Caroline Kay, Luke Bayer, Maiya Quansah-Breed, Olivia Lallo and Tom Francis.

A teaser for the show reads: “I Could Use A Drink is an eclectic mix of progressive contemporary Musical Theatre (both poignant and hilarious) written by Drew Gasparini and sung by the UK’s best and rising stars.

“With themes ranging from teenage pregnancy and heartbreak to mass shootings due to bullying, Gasparini’s 17 songs are wonderfully blended together to celebrate the beauty and chaos of youth.”

Tickets priced from £12 are available now on stream.theatre.

Produced by Alex Conder & Liam Gartland for Gartland Productions Ltd, the piece is directed by Alex Conder with musical direction by Flynn Sturgeon guitarist Emily Roberts, drummer Alex Maxted and videography by Jake Waby Productions and sound design by Fiction Studios.
