The Rocky Horror Show is hitting the road for a new UK tour in 2019 – here’s all you need to know.

From the 2019 Rocky Horror Show tour cast to all the upcoming dates and venues, this is your guide to the show on the road.

On the way to visit an old college professor, two clean cut kids, Brad Majors and his fiancée Janet Weiss, run into tyre trouble and seek help at the site of a light down the road. It’s coming from the Frankenstein place, where Dr Frank’n’furter and Rocky Horror reside.

With a book, music and lyrics by Richard O’Brien, The Rocky Horror Show made its world premiere in London in the 1970s and has gone on to become one of the world’s most popular and produced musicals.

Rocky Horror tour cast 2019

Joanne Clifton will play Janet Weiss while Ben Adams will appear as Brad Majors.

The role of Frank-N-Furter will be shared by Duncan James (Oxford, Southampton, Liverpool, Birmingham, Stoke, Bristol, Blackpool, Dublin, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham, Hull, Edinburgh) and Stephen Webb (Brighton, Manchester, Sunderland, Milton Keynes, Wimbledon, Sheffield, Torquay, Woking, Belfast, Bromley, Bath, Eastbourne, York, Wycombe, Dartford, Plymouth, Wolverhampton, Bournemouth).

The role of narrator will also see a number of guest stars.

Dom Joly will play the Theatre Royal Brighton / Sunderland Empire/ Milton Keynes Theatre / New Wimbledon Theatre, London / New Victoria Theatre, Woking/ Mayflower, Southampton/ Bristol Hippodrome.

Beverley Callard will be at the Opera House, Manchester/ Liverpool Empire.

Philip Franks will play the role at Sheffield Lyceum / Princess Theatre, Torquay / Grand Opera House, Belfast / New Theatre, Oxford / Churchill Theatre, Bromley / Theatre Royal, Bath.

Alison Hammond is performing as the narrator at New Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham.

And Steve Punt will be on stage at Eastbourne Theatres / Regent Theatre – Stoke-on-Trent/ Grand Opera House – York.

Further cast are Miracle Chance as Columbia; Ross Chisari as Eddie/Dr Scott; Callum Evans as Rocky Horror; Laura Harrison as Magenta/usherette and Kristian Lavercombe as Riff Raff.

Completing the cast are Reece Budin, Shelby Farmer, Katie Monks, Jake Small, Andrew Aherne and Maddie Hope Coelho.

Dates for the Rock of Ages UK tour started in 2018 and currently is scheduled to conclude in Leeds in August, 2019.
