David Walliams’ Billionaire Boy is to tour the UK this Spring with a special drive-in show.

David Walliams has teamed up with Birmingham Stage Company and Coalition Agency on the stage version, which is adapted and directed by Neal Foster

A teaser for the show reads: “Written by one of the UKs most celebrated children’s authors, David Walliams, Billionaire Boy tells the story of twelve year old Joe Spud, the richest boy in the country!

“He has his own sports car, two crocodiles as pets and £100,000 a week pocket money! But what Joe doesn’t have is a friend. So he decides to leave his posh school and start at the local comp. But things don’t go as planned for Joe and life becomes a rollercoaster as he tries to find what money can’t buy!”

Billionaire Boy will tour the UK in April with drive-in dates across the UK.
