Fresh from a run at the Curve in Leicester, the production is heading across the UK and Ireland this year starting in Leeds.
Ore will play the role of Teen Angel at certain performances at Leeds Grand Theatre, appearing on 24 & 25 June and from 29 June to 16 July.
He said: “Grease is one of the most iconic musicals of all time, so to be making my stage debut in such a well-loved piece is a dream come true. I can’t wait to start rehearsals with our talented young cast and creative team; I just know this show is going to be truly electrifyin’!”
Ore will share the role with the previously announced Peter Andre who will appear at most other performances in Leeds, Southend, Sunderland, Birmingham, Leicester, Dublin, Oxford and Bromley.
One of the world's best known musicals, Grease tells the story of the students of Rydell High School. It features the classic songs Summer Nights, Greased Lightnin' and We Go Together.
The new touring production of Grease is directed by Nikolai Foster and choreographed by Arlene Phillips.
