Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is hitting the road for a new UK tour – here’s all you need to know.

From the 2022 Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat tour cast to all the upcoming dates and venues, this is your guide to the show on the road fresh from its recent West End run.

Written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat first premiered in the 1970s and has gone on to become one of the world’s most widely recognised and performed musicals.

Following its acclaimed run at the London Palladium, the show is now going out on tour throughout 2022.

The Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat UK tour cast will feature Jason Donovan (at selected venues) and Jac Yarrow reprising their lead roles as Pharaoh and Joseph respectively from the recent London production. Bobby Windebank will play the Pharaoh where Jason is not performing.

They’ll be joined by Alexandra Burke and Linzi Hateley who will share the role of narrator across the run. Alexandra is scheduled to play the role from 23 March – 14 May and 12 September – 29 October while Linzi is scheduled to appear at dates between 24 May – 10 September.

The full adult company includes Erica Jayne Alden, Shane Antony-whitely, Natalie Bennyworth, Jabari Braham, Ben Brooker, Gemma Buckingham, Thalia Burt, Meg Darcy, Alexander Day, Tyler Ephraim, IvÁn FernÁndez GonzÁlez, Zac Frieze, Matt Gibson, Will Hawksworth, Samuel John-humphreys, Claire Lander, Abbie Platts, Nathan Rigg, Rochelle Sherona, Samantha Shuma, Sam Stones And Holly Willock.
