The new musical is a stage adaptation of suffragette descendent Kate Pankhurst’s award-winning picture book, written by celebrated dramatist Chris Bush (Nine Lessons and Carols, Almeida Theatre), Number 1 hit songwriter Miranda Cooper (Girls Aloud, Sugar Babes) and Jennifer Decilveo.

Meet the cast and team!

The tour 2022 cast will feature Kirstie Skivington, Kudzai Mangombe, Elise Zavou and Clarice Julianda. They join returning cast from the 2021 tour, Renée Lamb, Christina Modestou and Jade Kennedy.

Amy Hodge directs with designer Joanna Scotcher, choreographer Dannielle Lecointe, lighting designer Zoe Spurr and sound designer Carolyn Downing.

A teaser for the show shares: “Join our inquisitive heroine Jade as she breaks away from her class to take a peek behind the scenes at the not yet open Gallery of Greatness in the local museum. Along her journey she is surprised to meet the original and incredible wonder women: Frida Kahlo, Rosa Parks, Amelia Earhart, Marie Curie, Emmeline Pankhurst to name just a few.”
