Calendar Girls The Musical is hitting the road for its first ever UK tour in 2019 – here’s all you need to know.

From the 2019 Calendar Girls tour cast to all the upcoming dates and venues, this is your guide to the show on the road.

With music and lyrics from Gary Barlow and a book from Tim Firth, Calendar Girls (previously titled The Girls) is based on the 2003 film of the same name.

Inspired by a true story, it follows a group of middle-aged Yorkshire women who produced a nude calendar to raise money for Leukaemia Research.

Fresh from a run in the West End, Calendar Girls is now touring the UK.

Calendar Girls Musical cast

The Calendar Girls tour cast includes Lesley Joseph in the role of Jessie until 10 August in Eastbourne when Ruth Madoc will takeover the role.

They’re joined by Sarah Jane Buckley as Annie, Sue Devaney as Cora, Julia Hills as Ruth, Judy Holt as Marie, Lisa Maxwell as Celia and Rebecca Storm as Chris.

Also in the cast are Phil Corbitt as John, Ian Mercer as Rod, Sebastian Abineri as Colin, Alan Stocks as Denis, Derek Elroy as Lawrence, Pauline Daniels as Lady Cravenshire, Ellie Leah and Claudia Bradley as Miss Wilson, Danny Howker as Danny, Isabel Caswell as Jenny and Tyler Dobbs as Tommo.

Understudies are Richard Anthony-Lloyd, Nikki Gerrard, Vanessa Grace Lee, James Leeman and Michelle Whitney.
