The cast for the new UK tour of showstopping musical Cabaret has been confirmed in full.
Produced by Bill Kenwright and directed by Rufus Norris, the new production will open at Bromley’s Churchill Theatre from 28 August 2019.
It will then travel on to Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Crawley, Chester, Dublin, Belfast, Leicester, Shrewsbury, Hull, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Malvern, with further dates and venues to be announced in due course.
Set in the 1930s Berlin, the musical tells the story of the seedy Kit Kat Klub and the relationship between American writer Cliff Bradshaw and English cabaret performer Sally Bowles.

It was previously confirmed that the cast would see John Partridge appearing as Kit Kat Klub’s Emcee. Winner of Celebrity MasterChef in 2018, Partridge is well known to TV audiences as EastEnders’ Christian Clarke, and one of West End theatre’s most prolific leading men (A Chorus Line, Chicago, and La Cage Aux Folles).
Playing the role of Sally Bowles is Kara Lily Hayworth, who recently won rave reviews across the country for her portrayal of Cilla Black in Cilla the Musical.
The cast will also feature Anita Harris as Fraulein Schneider, Basienka Blake as Fraulein Kost, Charles Hagerty as Cliff Bradshaw, James Paterson as Herr Schultz and Nick Tizzard as Ernst Ludwig.
Making up the ensemble are Gemma Archer, Joseph Dockree, Francis Foreman, Sophie Hirst, Mary Hodgkinson, Sara Morley, Hannah Nicholas, Oliver Roll, Ben Rutter, Catherine Saunders and Tom Scanlon.
Featuring music and lyrics by John Kander and Fred Ebb with a book by Joe Masteroff, Cabaret has proved a hit ever since its premieres on Broadway and in London’s West End in the 1960s.
