The cast for Six The Musical’s UK tour in 2021 has been confirmed – meet the Queens here!

Nominated for five Olivier Awards, SIX turns Tudor queens into pop princesses as 500 years of historical heartbreak becomes an hour of 21st century sass.


The show – written and composed by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss – has become a huge hit since first premiering at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017.

Alongside its West End run, Six The Musical will be back touring the UK from June with a brand new cast announced for 2021.

The cast for the UK tour of Six The Musical has now been confirmed.

The touring Queens will be played by Lauren Drew (Catherine of Aragon), Maddison Bulleyment (Anne Boleyn), Caitlin Tipping (Jane Seymour), Shekinah McFarlane (Anna of Cleves), Vicki Manser (Katherine Howard) and Elèna Gyasi (Catherine Parr).

They’ll be joined by Alternates Jennifer Caldwell, Cassandra Lee, Harriet Watson and Super Swing Natalie Pilkington.

The cast are backed by the show’s all-female band, The Ladies in Waiting.

The 2021 Six tour will open at Canterbury’s Marlowe Theatre with socially distanced seating for a three-week run (8-27 June) and thereafter playing at full capacity touring through 2022, including a week in Ireland at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin (12-16 Oct), and a return Christmas run at The Lowry, Salford Quays (14 Dec – 9 Jan 2022).

Six The Musical is written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, SIX is co-directed by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage, featuring choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. The design team includes Emma Bailey (Set Design), Gabriella Slade (Costume Design), Tim Deiling (Lighting Design) and Paul Gatehouse (Sound Design).

The score features orchestrations by Tom Curran with music supervision and vocal arrangements by Joe Beighton. Musical Director Sarah Burrell, Casting by Pearson Casting. SIX is produced by Kenny Wax, Wendy & Andy Barnes and George Stiles.
