All Star Musicals line up and songs from tonight’s show on ITV

All Star Musicals is back on ITV tonight (3 April) with a new special for 2022 – here’s all you need to know.

The hit ITV series sees a line up of famous faces taking on an epic music theatre challenge.

The celebrities taking part will face a crash course in performing for the stage with the help of West End choreographers and vocal coaches before performing for a an expert panel and live studio audience.

Those making up the panel and helping to mentor the celebs in rehearsals are theatr icon Elaine Paige, Frozen and Les Miz star Samantha Barks and Hamilton’s Trevor Dion Nicholas.

Six celebrities will take to the stage this evening – here’s who’s on the line up and what they’ll be singing!

Good Morning Britain weather presenter Alex Beresford will perform My Shot from Hamilton.

Actress Jacqueline Jossa will perform Let It Go from Frozen.

Wildlife presenter Michaela Strachan will perform 42nd Street from 42nd Street.

Coronation Street’s Lisa George will perform Maybe This Time from Cabaret.

James Bond actor Colin Salmon will perform Master Of The House from Les Misérables.

Rugby star Danny Care will perform Come Alive from The Greatest Showman.

Each celeb will perform their number in full costume with accompanying choreography as they’re joined on stage by a full West End ensemble.

At the end of each performance, the judges will give their opinions before the studio audience vote for their favourite and the winner is crowned.

Plus, there will be a guest performance from the cast of The Phantom of the Opera, as they celebrate 35 years in London’s West End.

And there will also be a special performance from host John Barrowman who will team up with Elaine, Samantha and Trevor to open the show with a spectacular medley of songs from Grease.
