Watch Jay McGuiness perform ‘Everything’ from new musical Sleepless

Watch Jay McGuiness showcase a song from new musical Sleepless.

Inspired by the iconic film Sleepless in Seattle, Sleepless opens at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre this week.

The production will play between August 25 through to September 27, 2020 with a socially distanced audience. Tickets are available online now here.

Jay McGuiness will star as Sam alongside Kimberley Walsh as Annie.

Based on the screenplay of the famous film, Sleepless tells the story of Sam who moves to Seattle with his eight-year-old son Jonah following the death of his wife.

Alongside Walsh an McGuiness, the cast features Daniel Casey as Walter, Harriet Thorpe as Eleanor, Tania Mathurin as Becky and Jake Sharp as Rob.

They’re joined by Charlie Bull, Colin Burnicle, Christie-Lee Crosson, Laura Darton, Leanne Garretty, Matt Holland, Ross McLaren, Gary Murphy, Dominique Planter, Annie Wensak and Benjamin Wong. The role of Jonah will be split between Theo Collis, Mikey Colville, Jobe Hart and Jack Reynolds.

The production is directed by Morgan Young and features a book by Michael Burdette with music by Robert Scott and lyrics by Brendan Cull.
