Mamma Mia! is back in London’s West End for 2022 – here’s all you need to know.

From the current West End cast of Mamma Mia! to the latest and best ticket offers, here’s everything about the show.


Mamma Mia! tells a story of love, friendship and identity through the iconic music of ABBA, a book by Catherine Johnson, direction from Phyllida Lloyd and choreography from Anthony Van Laast.

It follows Sophie’s desire to discover the father she’s never known which results in her mother coming face to face with three men from her distant romantic past.

Mamma Mia! West End theatre, booking and running time

The show is currently playing at the Novello Theatre in London, WC2B 4LD. The closest tube stations are Covent Garden or Holborn and mainline station is Charing Cross.

The musical opened in the West End in 2004 and moved to its current venue in 2012. The show is currently booking through until 1 October 2022.

It has a running time of 2 hours, 35 minutes including interval.

Tickets for Mamma Mia! in the West End are now on public sale. Costs range from £18 to £150.

Performances will take place Monday, Wednesday – Saturday at 7:30PM with matinees Thursday & Saturday at 3:00PM and Sunday at 2:30PM.

Mamma Mia! West End cast 2022

The current cast features Mazz Murray as Donna,Josie Benson as Tanya, Gemma Goggin as Rosie, Richard Trinder as Sam, Neil Moors as Harry and Stephen Beckett as Bill.

Emma Mullen plays Sophie, Sophie Matthew plays Lisa, Jack Danson plays Sky, Tegan Bannister plays as Ali, Michael Nelson plays Eddie and Alexandros Beshonges plays Pepper. At certain shows, Natalie Langston will play the role of Donna.

Completing the company are Gemma Atkins, Chloe-Jo Byrnes, Nicole Carlisle, Angus Good, Natalie Jayne Hall, James Humpleman, Morgan Jackson, George Olney, Kyle Turner, Alex Woodward, Natasha Agnew, Chloe Ames, Frankie Jones, Lauren Hampton, Grace Moorhouse, Jodie Nolan, Dan O’Brien, Michael Storrs, Michael Tyler and Simon Willmont.
