Watch rehearsals for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella as show sets new opening date

A first look at rehearsals of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new adaption of Cinderella has been revealed.

The new show will premiere at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in July 2021 having been delayed a year due to the pandemic.

A new opening night has been set for 14 July with tickets on sale online here.

Alongside the new opening date, a first look at rehearsals has been revealed which you can watch below.

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella features music from Webber with lyrics by David Zippel and an original story and book by Emerald Fennel.

Teased as a new, modern spin on the all time classic fairytale, Carrie Hope Fletcher was previously confirmed to play the title role with Victoria Hamilton-Barritt as the Stepmother.

Ivano Turco will star as Prince Sebastian, brother to Prince Charming with further casting to be confirmed.
