Watch Jay McGuiness & Kimberley Walsh sing songs from Big the Musical

Jay McGuiness and Kimberley Walsh have given a first taster of Big the Musical in London’s West End.

The musical will be playing a nine-week limited engagement at the Dominion Theatre between September 6 and November 2. Tickets are on sale now.

Adapted from the 1988 film starring Tom Hanks, Big tells the story of Josh Baskin, a 12-year-old boy who grows up overnight after making a wish on a Zoltar Speaks machine at a carnival.

The musical follows Josh’s attempts to return to his childhood while trying to cope with his new life as a 30-year-old man.

Strictly Come Dancing winner and The Wanted star Jay McGuiness was previously announced for the role of Josh Baskin having played the part during the production’s UK premiere in Plymouth in 2016.

He’s joined by Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh as Susan Lawrence.

In the video above, the pair perform ‘We’re Gonna Be Fine’, written by David Shire (music) and Richard Maltby (lyrics).

Meanwhile, below you can watch Kimberley singing ‘Dancing All The Time’.

Further casting for the musical includes Wendi Peters as Mrs Baskin and Matthew Kelly as George MacMillan.
