Matilda the Musical tickets are on sale now for the show in London’s West End in 2021.
Based on the iconic Roald Dahl book of the same name, Matilda the Musical will be resuming performances from 16 September 2021 with tickets on sale now.
Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, with original songs from comedian Tim Minchin, Matilda is the captivating musical masterpiece from the RSC that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a girl who dares to change her destiny.
After performances were paused due to the pandemic, Matilda the Musical will play at London’s Cambridge Theatre from 16 September 2021 currently booking through to 13 February 2022
The standard performance schedule has shows Tuesday-Fridays at 7PM with 2PM matinees on Wednesdays. Saturdays see shows at 2:30PM and 7:30PM with a 3PM show on Sundays.

Winner of five Best Musical awards and with 5 star reviews, Matilda has been playing at the Cambridge Theatre since 2011. Matilda The Musical swept the board at the 2012 Olivier Awards, with a record-breaking seven awards, while its Broadway production won four Tony Awards.
The musical is written by Dennis Kelly, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin, and direction by Matthew Warchus, the production is designed by Rob Howell, with choreography by Peter Darling, orchestrations, additional music and musical supervision by Christopher Nightingale, lighting by Hugh Vanstone, sound by Simon Baker and the special effects and illusions are by Paul Kieve.
