What are Rush Tickets

Day Seats or Rush Tickets are a way to get hugely discounted tickets to some of the biggest musicals and plays currently running in and around London West End.

As the name suggests, they are a limited number of tickets that can be purchased on the day of performances, typically from the time the box office opens. The price varies depending on the show, but in most cases tickets will be reduced to £30 or less.

The Hamilton ticket lottery offers up to two £10 tickets for each performance. You can enter online here via TodayTix each week.

Currently booking to 19 May 2024 at the The Other Palace

Get same-day rush tickets priced at £25.50 from TodayTix with day seats released each morning at 10AM for that day's performances.

Guys & Dolls

Currently booking to 31 August 2024 at the Bridge Theatre

A limited number of £25 rush tickets will be released for that day's performances each morning via the TodayTix website

Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Cabaret

Currently booking to 1 February 2025 at the Playhouse Theatre

While there are currently no rush seat or day tickets available for Cabaret in the West End, there is a daily lottery. Every performance, six seats priced at just £25, including tickets at a cabaret table, will be made available by a draw via TodayTix.

Frozen

Currently booking to 8 September 2024 at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane

Frozen The Musical in the West End is currently part of Disney's Magic Mondays which offers last minute cheap tickets priced at £25. Tickets go on sale online via the Disney Tickets website here at 12PM each Monday for that week's performances. Tickets are limited to two per person and are subject to availability and demand.

Operation Mincemeat

Currently booking to 16 November 2024 at the Fortune Theatre

Wicked

Currently booking to 15 December 2024 at the Apollo Victoria Theatre

A limited number of day seats will be released online each morning at 10AM for that day's performances on atgtickets.com where you can sign up for email alerts. Additionally, front row Wicked London Day Seats cost £29.50 and are available to buy online. Each Wednesday at 10AM, the entire Front Row will be released for all performances in the following week (Tuesday-Sunday). Each person can buy up to two tickets, subject to availability with tickets allocated on a best available basis.

Mrs. Doubtfire musical

Currently booking to 16 February 2025 at the Shaftesbury Theatre

A limited number of £30 tickets will be available in person at the Box Office from 12PM for that day's performance, Monday - Friday. In addition, for every performance, a limited number of £30 rush tickets will be available from 10AM in the TodayTix app.

Matilda the Musical

Currently booking to 25 May 2025 at the Cambridge Theatre

16 tickets priced at just £10 are reserved for every performance as part of RSC's collaboration with TikTok.
