Dear Evan Hansen has announced its cast for its return to the West End.
After a pause due to the pandemic, Dear Evan Hansen will resume performances at Noel Coward Theatre on 26 October 2021 with tickets on sale now.
Ahead of reopening, an updated cast has been revealed!

Sam Tutty will lead the 2021 company, returning to the title role that won him the 2020 Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical.
He will be joined by returning cast members Lucy Anderson (Zoe Murphy), Doug Colling (Connor Murphy), Marcus Harman (who will play Evan Hansen at certain performances), Jack Loxton (Jared Kleinman), Rebecca McKinnis (Heidi Hansen), Lauren Ward (Cynthia Murphy) and Rupert Young (Larry Murphy).
Iona Fraser takes on the role of (Alana Beck).
Completing the cast are Tricia Adele-Turner, Haydn Cox, Hannah Lindsey, Mark Peachey and James Winter with new cast members Ellis Kirk, Jo Kirkland, Samantha Mbolekwa, Hannah Qureshi and Mitchell Zhangazha.
Dear Evan Hansen tells the story of socially awkward teenager Evan. In his last year of high school and with only one person he considers a friend, an assignment from his therapist leads to a misunderstanding that casts him in the centre of a tragedy.
With a score written by The Greatest Showman songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul and a book by Steven Levenson, Dear Evan Hansen first opened in the West End in 2019.
The show features choreography by Danny Mefford, scenic design by David Korins, projection design by Peter Nigrini, costume design by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Japhy Weideman, sound design by Nevin Steinberg, and hair design by David Brian Brown. Music supervision, orchestrations and additional arrangements are by Alex Lacamoire. Ben Cohn is the Associate Music Supervisor.
UK Casting is by Jill Green Casting,Vocal arrangements and additional arrangements are by Justin Paul. Judith Schoenfeld is the Production Supervisor. General Management is by 101 Productions, Ltd with Adam Speers as UK Executive Producer.
Dear Evan Hansen will reopen at London’s Noel Coward Theatre from 26 October 2021 currently booking through to 12 February 2022. The original Broadway production is due to resume performances in December.
Alongside the West End and Broadway productions, a Dear Evan Hansen movie is set for release in October in the UK.
