Watch Six The Musical’s epic Megasix as original West End queens say goodbye

Six The Musical’s remaining original West End queens said goodbye to the show in style this weekend.

The hit West End production – now playing at the Vaudeville Theatre – is set for its first ever full cast change.

Today (14 November) saw the final performance of the current cast, including Natalie Paris, Alexia McIntosh and Jarneia Richard-Noel who have been with the show since its West End opening in 2018.

It was also the final day for Courtney Bowman, Sophie Isaacs and Danielle Steers as well as the team of incredible alternates and swings Zara MacIntosh, Cherelle Jay, Hana Stewart, Collette Guitart and Bryony Duncan.

In a post on Twitter, Paris wrote ahead of her final show: “Today is the day me and Jane finally part ways. What a journey it has been! Feeling so grateful, emotional, overwhelmed… Today we say goodbye, but you will forever be in my heart. Love you Jane.”

Richard-Noel added on Instagram: “Today is the day… my last two shows in @sixthemusical I’m gonna wait to write how I truly feel later cause right now I’m a mess! Ahahaha. Cathy A I will miss you, you old bird and that is all for now cause I’m not going to cry at 9am.”

Isaacs penned: “Feeling all the feels what a ride it’s been and I couldn’t have done it with any other group of the most incredible women. I don’t know how I got so lucky to be a part of this show but I will be forever grateful K Howard you’re a joy.

“Thank you to every single one of you who have supported us and the show through the most difficult times … three theatre’s and a global pandemic we couldn’t have [done] it without you! So… For two more shows…. WE’RE SIX”

While Steers wrote simply: “…So this is goodbye, all my love, Catherine”

The new Six The Musical cast was previously announced, playing their first performances on Tuesday, 16 November.

The new cast will feature Amy Di Bartolomeo as Catherine of Aragon, Amanda Lindgren as Anne Boleyn, Claudia Kariuki as Jane Seymour, Dionne Ward-Anderson as Anna of Cleves, Tsemaye Bob-Egbe as Katherine Howard and Meesha Turner as Catherine Parr.

They will be joined by alternates Paisley Billings, Roxanne Couch, Danielle Rose, Rachel Rawlinson and Esme Rothero.

Six is playing at the Vaudeville Theatre with tickets priced from £32. The production is currently booking at the venue to 1 May 2022 as a part of an open-ended run.

The hit show – which is now also on Broadway – is also currently on tour with dates announced into 2023.
