Legally Blonde cast revealed for revival at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre

Full casting has been revealed for the new revival of Legally Blonde The Musical at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.

The London venue’s 2022 season will kick off with the show, running from 13 May to 2 July 2022 with tickets on sale now here.

The brand new production will be directed by Six The Musical’s co-creator Lucy Moss.

Six star Courtney Bowman will lead the cast as Elle Woods.

Also on the cast are Michael Ahomka-Lindsay as Emmett, Lauren Drew as Brooke, Vanessa Fisher as Vivienne, Isaac Hesketh as Margot, Nadine Higgin as Paulette, Alžbeta Matyšáková as Enid, Eugene McCoy as Callahan, Grace Mouat as Pilar, Alistair Toovey as Warner and Hannah Yun Chamberlain as Serena.

Completing the company are Gabriela Benedetti, Lucca Chadwick-Patel, Jasmin Colangelo, Allie Daniel, Joe Foster, Dominic Lamb, Esme Laudat, Liam McEvoy, Billy Nevers, Ashley Rowe, Shakira Simpson, Biancha Szynal and Paulo Teixeira.

The creative team features casting by Pippa Ailion CDG and Natalie Gallacher CDG for Pippa Ailion Casting, casting assistant Shanaé Chisholm, musical supervision by Cat Beveridge, sound design by Tony Gayle and choreography by Ellen Kane.

They’re joined by dramaturg Cassiopeia Berkeley-Agyepong – Dramaturg, costume designer Jean Chan, lighting designer Philip Gladwell, choreographer Ellen Kane, assistant choreographer Ainsley Hall Ricketts, set designer Laura Hopkins, voice & text and season associate director Barbara Houseman and dialect coach Majella Hurley with intimacy support Ingrid Mackinnon.

Completing the creative team are associate director Priya Patel Appleby, assistant musical director Chris Poon, assistant Choreographer Alexzandra Sarmiento, associate director Amber Sinclair-Case and musical director Katharine Woolley.

Legally Blonde The Musical features songs by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin and book by Heather Hach, based on the hit 2001 movie of the same name starring Reese Witherspoon.

It tells the story of Elle Woods who goes from sorority girl to Harvard Law School graduate after a journey to win back her boyfriend, defying expectations to prove you can be both smart and fashionable.
