Watch all the performances from West End Live 2022

West End Live was back this weekend for a host of live performances from stars of the West End and beyond.

West End Live 2022 welcomed a whole raft of casts for two days of free musical theatre taking place in the heart of London at Trafalgar Square.

Taking place on 25 and 26 June, the festival concert features performances from the companies of the biggest shows right now.

Disney’s Beauty And The Beast, Frozen And The Lion King

Opening the show on Saturday were casts from three Disney musicals currently playing in London. They performed The Circle Of Life, I Can’t Lose You, Tale As Old As time and Let It Go.

 

Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Moulin Rouge! The Musical’s performance started with the iconic Lady Marmalade before leading lady Liisi LaFontaine stepped out to perform ‘Firework’.

 

Legally Blonde

The company of Legally Blonde at London’s Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre performed ‘Omigod You Guys’.

 

Wicked

Helen Woolf and Lucie Jones performed Wicked’s classic songs For Good and Defying Gravity.

 

Grease The Musical

The cast of Grease’s new London revival performed Summer Nights, Hopelessly Devoted To You and Greased Lightnin’.

The Book Of Mormon

The Book Of Mormon returned to West End Live with a performance of You And Me (But Mostly Me).

 

& Juliet

The & Juliet cast performed Problem / Can’t Feel My Face and Since You’ve Been Gone for crowds in London.

 

The Phantom Of The Opera

The West End stars of Phantom Of The Opera performed All I Ask Of You and Music Of The Night with a trio of Phantoms

 

Bonnie & Clyde The Musical

Performing a number of songs, Bonnie & Clyde stars Jordan Luke Gage, Charlie McCullagh and Lauren Jones belted out When I Drive, Dyin Ain’t So Bad and This World Will Remember Us.

 

Cabaret

Representing Cabaret was Emily Benjamin performing the musical’s iconic title song.

Only Fools And Horses The Musical

The company of Only Fools And Horses The Musical hit the stage at West End Live with songs including Bit of a Sort.

 

Dear Evan Hansen

On Saturday, the company of Dear Evan Hansen performed Sincerely Me and the musical’s big act one number You Will Be Found.

 

Tina – The Tina Turner Musical

The cast of Tina performed a medley of Nutbush City Limits and Proud Mary.

 

Jersey Boys

The West End production of Jersey Boys performed a number of The Four Seasons classics for audiences in Trafalgar Square.

 

The Drifters Girl

The stars of The Drifters Girl in London performed Kissin’ in the Back Row of the Movies and Harlem Child.

 

Mamma Mia!

The cast of Mamma Mia! turned the audience of West end live into dancing queens as they performed a mega mix of ABBA hits.

La Voix – The Eighth Wonder Of The World

La Voix performed Total Eclipse Of The Heart on the West End Live stage.

 

Bugsy Malone The Musical

Ahead of their new UK tour, the cast of Bugsy Malone The Musical showcased with a performance of the title track and Fat Sam’s Grand Slam.

 

Magic Mike Live

The cast of Magic Mike Live in London got their dancing shoes on as they performed a showstopping routine.

 

The Choir Of Man

The cast of The Choir Of Man – back in the West End in October – got the audience singing along with their energetic performance. That was followed by a special duet with the queens of Six!

Six

After their collaboration with The Choir Of Man, the Six queens took command of the stage themselves to perform ‘No Way’ and ‘Six’.

 

Roles We’ll Never Play

A host of West End stars shared the stage for Roles We’ll Never Play, performing a medley of songs they wouldn’t usually get the chance to sing.

 

The Barricade Boys

The Barricade Boy showcased a medley of iconic songs from West Side Story to Queen.

 

South Pacific

Soon to arrive in the West End and on tour, the company of South Pacific performed a medley of songs at West End Live this Saturday.

 

Unfortunate: The Untold Story Of Ursula The Sea Witch

Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula the Sea Witch performed Female Role Models and To Be King.

 

Identical

Set to premiere next month, new musical Identical, based on The Parent Trap, performed If I Became You.

 

Lady M

Brand new musical Lady M, inspired by Macbeth, took to the West End Live stage to perform three songs.

Closing Saturday’s day of performances were the company of Come From Away who performed Me And The My Sky and Welcome To The Rock.

Heathers The Musical

Opening Sunday’s show, the company of Heathers at The Other Palace performed Candy Store and I Say No.

 

Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World The Musical

Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World lit up the West End Live stage with a medley of numbers.

 

Hamilton

The new cast of Hamilton in London performed the hit musical’s title song, The Schuyler Sisters and My Shot.

Luke Bayer introduced the UK premiere of DIVA! Live From Hell at West End Live.

 

Welsh Of The West End

Welsh musical theatre supergroup Welsh Of The West End performed From Now On from The Greatest Showman, Seasons Of Love from RENT and Let It Go from Frozen.

 

The Great Gatsby

The cast of The Great Gatsby got all the audience involved with their performance as they took us back to the roaring twenties.

 

My Son’s A Queer

Rob Madge was next on stage with a powerful performance from their hit show, My Son’s A Queer, But What Can You Do?

New musical Millennials showcased one of its songs with Luke Bayer singing See You.

Footloose – The Musical

The touring cast of Footloose performed Mamma-Says, led by Luke Friend, Holding Out for A Hero, led by Lucy Munden and Jake Quickenden and the title track, Footloose.

 

We Will Rock You

The cast of We Will Rock You rocked the stage with a number of Queen classics.

 

Chess, Kinky Boots And Treason At Drury Lane

Joined by the London Musical Theatre Orchestra, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Carl Spencer, Michael Hamway, Courtney Bowman, Matt Willis, Tim Howar and Laura Tebbitt and Emma Hatton performed songs from the upcoming Drury Lane concert productions of Chess, Kinky Boots and Treason.
