Cinderella at Cadogan Hall cast confirmed

Casting for the semi-staged concert performance of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella at London’s Cadogan Hall has been confirmed.

Originally written for television, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella held its premiere on Broadway in 2013.

Now that stage production is making its UK premiere in the form of a semi-staged concert with tickets on sale now here.

Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella will play at Cadogan Hall on 20 October 2019 at 6:30PM.

Christine Allado will star in the title role of Ella with Jac Yarrow as Prince Topher and Cedric Neal as Lord Pinkleton.

They’ll be joined by Jodie Jacobs as Charlotte, Dean John-Wilson as Jean-Michel, Dianne Pilkington as Marie, Zoe Rainey as Gabrielle, Mazz Murray as Madame and Jérôme Pradon as Sebastian.

Also on the cast are Christopher Cameron, Charlotte Clitherow, Abigail Earnshaw, Benjamin Froehlich, Charlotte Kennedy, Richard James-King, Danny Lane, Jade Marvin, Chris McGuigan, Mia Michaud, Sam Oladeinde, Michael Robert-Lowe, Justine Saville, Katie Shearman, Joe Thompson-Oubari and Lizzie Wofford.

A synopsis of the show reads:

Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the Tony Award-winning musical from the creators of South Pacific and The Sound of Music that has delighted American audiences with its contemporary take on the classic fairy tale.

The semi-staged concert, directed by Johnathan O’Boyle (The View Upstairs, Hair, Aspects of Love, Pippin), features some of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including ‘In My Own Little Corner’, ‘Impossible/It’s Possible’ and ‘Ten Minutes Ago’, alongside a hilarious and romantic new book by Tony Award-nominee Douglas Carter Beane, as well as some new characters and surprising twists.

Musical direction will be by Freddie Tapner, along with a stunning 21-piece orchestra featuring London Musical Theatre Orchestra (LMTO).
