Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will return to the London Palladium in 2020, it’s been announced.
Fresh from its recent run, the production will be back for another limited season next summer.
Performances will begin on Thursday 2 July 2020, with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat playing a strictly limited 10-week season through until Sunday 6 September 2020.
Written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat first premiered in the 1970s and has gone on to become one of the world’s most widely recognised and performed musicals.
Featuring songs like Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door, and Go, Go, Go, Joseph, productions have received 6 Tony nominations and 7 Olivier Award nominations.
The 2019 production, which featured 21-year-old Jac Yarrow making his West End debut in the title role, was sold out.
The cast also featured Sheridan Smith as the narrator and Jason Donovan as the Pharaoh.
Casting for next year’s run is to be announced in due course.
Tickets for 2020 go on General Sale on Friday 27 September 2019.
Performances will be Thursday 2 July – Saturday 6 September 2020.
