Groan Ups has opened in London’s West End – here’s all you need to know.

From Mischief Theatre, the Olivier award-winning company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, brand-new comedy Groan Ups, performs until 1 December 2019 at the Vaudeville Theatre.

Groan Ups is a brand-new comedy all about growing up.

A teaser reads: “Are we the same people at 30 as we were at 13? Does school life determine our future? Do we ever grow out of our school crush? Playing an unruly classroom of kids and anarchic high school teenagers, through to the aches and pains of adulthood, the original Mischief company are back in the West End with their first new play since 2016.”

The Groan Ups West End cast includes Bryony Corrigan as Chemise/Miss Murray, Dave Hearn as Paul, Henry Lewis as Spencer, Charlie Russell as Katie, Jonathan Sayer as Simon, Henry Shields as Archie, Nancy Zamit as Moon.

Completing the cast are George Haynes, Krystal Dockery and Holly Sumpton.

Groan Ups tickets

Groan Ups plays at the Vaudeville Theatre through to Sunday, December 1.

Performances are Tuesday to Saturday at 7:30pm; Saturday at 2:30pm and Sunday at 3:00pm & 7:00pm.

Recommended age 13+, the show has a running time of 2 hours 40 minutes (including 20 minute interval).
