Curtains musical to run in London’s West End with Jason Manford

Curtains the musical will run in London’s West End this Christmas an yew Year.

Currently halfway through a UK tour, the production will stop at Wyndham’s Theatre from 13 December 2019 through to January 11 2020. Tickets are on sale now.

The cast will be led by Jason Manford (Note: Jason is not due to perform on Friday 20th December).

He’ll be joined by Andy Coxon as Aaron Fox, Carley Stenson as Georgia Hendriks, Rebecca Lock as Carmen, Samuel Holmes as Christopher Belling, Leah West as Niki Harris and Alan Burkitt as Bobby.

Also on the cast are Emma Caffrey as Bambi, Adam Rhys-Charles as Daryl Grady, Martin Callaghan as Oscar Shapiro, Minal Petal as Johnny Harmon and Mark Sangster as Sidney.

Completing the ensemble are Kathryn Barnes, Pamela Blair, Charlie Johnson, Kate Ivory Jordan, Robin Kent, Thomas Lee-Kid, Ben Mundy, Gleanne Purcell-Brown and Samuel John-Humphreys.

Following its run in the West End, the Curtains UK tour will continue on January 14 at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

From the creators of Chicago and Cabaret, Curtains is a musical whodunnit which follows local detective – and musical theatre fan – Frank Cioffi who finds himself hunting the killer of Jessica Cranshaw, an actress who is murdered on the opening night of her new Broadway musical Robbin’ Hood!.

With the entire cast and crew suspects, Frank must discover the killer whilst giving the show a lifeline.

Curtains plays Wyndham’s Theatre 13 December 2019 – 11 January 2020.
