Bianca, best known for winning RuPaul’s Drag Race, will begins performances from 9 December.
Re-joining the cast after first appearing earlier in 2019, Bianca - real name Roy Haylock - returns to the role of Hugo, who also goes by the drag alter-ego Loco Chanelle.
Bianca Del Rio said: "I'm so thrilled and excited to be re-joining the cast of Everybody's Talking About Jamie in the West End. I had such a blast playing Hugo/Loco Chanelle earlier this year.
"I'm honoured and beyond grateful to have the opportunity to work with such an incredibly talented cast and crew once again."
Kalidas takes on the role of Miss Hedge from November 18. As well as her TV work, Kalidas starred in both the Bend it Like Beckham film and its West End musical adaption.
Kalidas said: "I fell in love with Everybody's Talking About Jamie from the first time I saw it. The music is contagious, the diversity of talent being represented on a West End stage is incredible.
"So to be joining the cast as Miss Hedge, I am extremely excited to be part of a show that makes the audience feel so elated, and reminds us all that being unafraid to do and be whoever you want to be can be extremely powerful."
Inspired by a true story, since its opening in 2017, Everybody's Talking About Jamie has proven to be a hit on the West End.
Supported by his brilliant loving mother and surrounded by his friends, 16-year-old Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps into the spotlight from the darkness.
The title role of Jamie New is currently played by Layton Williams (Bad Education, Beautiful People) with the rest of the 2019 cast including Rebecca McKinnis, Sejal Keshwala, Sabrina Sandhu.
The musical, which features music by Dan Gillespie Sells and lyrics & book by Tom MacRae, is currently booking through until September 2020.
