A music video has been released with Luke Brady singing new song Footprints on the Sand from the upcoming The Prince of Egypt Musical.
Adapted from the 1998 animated movie, The Prince of Egypt musical will run at the Dominion Theatre from February. Tickets are now on sale.
Previews start on February 5, 2020, opening on February 25 and currently booking through to September 12.
The stage adaption will feature new music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz alongside the original songs he penned for the movie, including Oscar-winning track When You Believe.

Stephen Schwartz said: “Footprints on the Sand” is a new song that Moses sings before he has learned his true identity.
“Despite the fact that he thinks he’s a rich and carefree Prince of Egypt, there is something at his core that longs for more.”
Joining the cast alongside Brady are Liam Tamne as Ramses, Christine Allado as Tzipporah, Alexia Khadime as Miriam with Joe Dixon as Seti, Debbie Kurup as Queen Tuya, Gary Wilmot as Jethro, Adam Pearce as Hotep, Tanisha Spring as Nefertari and Silas Wyatt-Barke as Aaron.
Originally produced by DreamWorks animation, The Prince of Egypt is an adaptation of the Book of Exodus and tells the journey of Moses as from being a prince of Egypt to his ultimate destiny to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt.
A synopsis of the new musical adaption reads:
Journey through the wonders of Ancient Egypt as two young men, raised together as brothers in a kingdom of privilege, find themselves suddenly divided by a secret past. One must rule as Pharaoh, the other must rise up and free his true people; both face a destiny that will change history forever.
