Six the Musical has announced a new extension in London’s West End.
The hit production has been playing the Arts Theatre since January 2019, initially for a sixteen run.
Today it was announced the show has extended that run yet again, now booking through to 31 January 2021 with tickets on sale now.
The show was previously booking to July having become a global sensation since its world premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017.
With a powerhouse pop score by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, Six turns Tudor queens into pop princesses as 500 years of historical heartbreak becomes an hour of 21st century sass.
The current West End cast features Jarneia Richard-Noel as Catherine of Aragon, Courtney Bowman as Anne Boleyn, Natalie Paris as Jane Seymour, Alexia McIntosh as Anna of Cleves, Sophie Isaacs as Katherine Howard (from January 21) and Danielle Steers as Catherine Parr.
Making up the alternate team are Zara MacIntosh, Cherelle Jay, Hana Stewart and Collette Guitart.
Alongside the London production, a Six The Musical UK tour started last year. The UK tour of Six will head to cities including Malvern, Glasgow, Kingston, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Salford, Edinburgh, Bath, Southampton and many more.
The show is also currently being staged in North America, with a Broadway transfer recently announced for this spring.
