Sister Act’s upcoming London production has extended for an extra week at the Eventim Apollo.
Whoopi Goldberg is to star in the show, reprising her starring role as Deloris Van Cartier for the very first time on the stage.
Due the phenomenal demand for tickets for Sister Act the run is being extended by an extra week. Tickets are available now for the extra performances from Tuesday 21st – 28th July 2020.
Sister Act will play for a strictly limited engagement at the Eventim Apollo through to August 30 2020 with limited tickets left for remaining dates.
Joining Whoopi Goldberg in the cast will be Jennifer Saunders in the role of Mother Superior.
Brenda Edwards will play the role of Deloris Van Cartier on Thursday Matinees while Clive Rowe has been confirmed to be playing Eddie Souther.
Alongside the London production, Sister Act is on a 2020 UK tour with Edwards leading the cast and Rowe performing on certain dates.
Further casting is to be confirmed.
Based on the hit movie, Sister Act tells the story of a singer who is forced to join a convent after being placed in a witness protection program.
