& Juliet has announced a new sing-a-long performance in London’s West End.
The hit new musical was due to host a special night for fans on Tuesday, May 12.
However given the current theatre shut down, producers have now rescheduled the sing-a-long-show to 15 December 2020.
As part of the night, the Shaftesbury Theatre will provide screens with lyrics to the songs.
& Juliet is described as an “irreverent and fun-loving” musical that retells the classic story of Romeo and Juliet by asking: what if Juliet’s famous ending was really just her beginning?
The show features a pop score by Max Martin, with songs including Break Free (Ariana Grande), …Baby One More Time (Britney Spears), Teenage Dream (Katy Perry) Everybody (Backstreet Boys), Can’t Feel My Face (The Weeknd) and It’s My Life (Bon Jovi).
You can book tickets for the special sing-a-long performance directly online here.
The brand new jukebox musical recently extended its booking period through to July 2021.
The current London cast features Miriam-Teak Lee as Juliet, with Oliver Tompsett and Cassidy Janson as Mr and Mrs. Shakespeare, Melanie La Barrie as Nurse and Jordan Luke Gage as Romeo.
An original London cast recording was released in 2019, available to buy, download and stream here.
