The Prince of Egypt musical trailer: Get a first look at the West End production

Here’s a first look at the new Prince of Egypt musical in the West End.

A new stage adaption of the DreamWorks animated movie has opened at the Dominion Theatre with tickets now on sale through to October 2020.

A first look trailer from the production has been unveiled featuring the company performing Deliver Us.

It’s one of the five songs from the movie that feature in the stage version, alongside brand new songs written by original composer Stephen Schwartz.

The original West End cast is led by Luke Brady as Moses, Liam Tamne as Ramses, Christine Allado as Tzipporah and Alexia Khadime as Miriam.

Earlier this year Allado and Khadime performed Oscar winning song When You Believe from the movie on Dancing On Ice, which you can watch below…

A teaser for the musical adaption reads:

Journey through the wonders of Ancient Egypt as two young men, raised together as brothers in a kingdom of privilege, find themselves suddenly divided by a secret past.

One must rule as Pharaoh, the other must rise up and free his true people; both face a destiny that will change history forever.
