The new stage adaption of the hit movie will begin performances from August 25 with tickets available online now here.
Following recent theatre closures, performances are now scheduled to begin from August 25 running through to September 27, 2020.
Performances will operate under social distancing guidelines.
Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre say: "The spacious venue means that there will be no physical contact between the staff and audience at any time and that social distance measures can be strictly obeyed. Audiences will be temperature checked on entering the building and will be required to wear face masks.
"All food and beverage orders will be contactless to minimise exposure, hand sanitiser will be available at multiple locations, and all areas of the venue will be thoroughly deep cleaned after each performance.
"All cast, crew and audience will be sent the most up-to-date safety measures and instructions 48 hours prior to arrival and the venue will be set-up accordingly to accommodate these measures."
It's the second postponement after the show was previously rescheduled to May.
Based on the screenplay of the iconic film, Sleepless tells the story of Sam who moves to Seattle with his eight-year-old son Jonah following the death of his wife. When Jonah calls in to a talk-radio program to find a new partner for his father, one listener finds herself going to great lengths to meet Sam.
The Sleepless musical cast will be led by Jay McGuiness as Sam and Kimberley Walsh as Annie, reuniting after starring in Big the Musical last year.
The production is directed by Morgan Young and features a book by Michael Burdette and two new British writers - music by Robert Scott and lyrics by Brendan Cull.
