Hit musical Mamma Mia! is celebrating more than 20 years in London's West End.
The production, currently at the Novello Theatre, is celebrating 21 years of performances having first debuted on April 6, 1999 on at the Prince Edward Theatre.
Mamma Mia! features music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus with a book by Catherine Johnson, direction from Phyllida Lloyd and choreography from Anthony Van Laast.
It's proved a huge hit with both audiences and critics, securing four Olivier Award nominations including Best New Musical.
However like all West End productions right now, performances of Mamma Mia! are currently paused meaning there have been no in-person celebrations.
"Today is our 21st Birthday! Thank you to all of our fans for your support over the past 21 fabulous years, we can’t wait to see you all again as soon as we can," tweeted the show's official Twitter account.
For now, you can relive the magic of Mamma Mia! with this performance at the 2014 Olivier Awards featuring ABBA's very own Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus.
Set on a Greek island paradise, Mamma Mia! cleverly tells a story of love, friendship and identity through the timeless songs of ABBA.
Sophie’s quest to discover the father she’s never known brings her mother face to face with three men from her distant romantic past on the eve of a wedding they’ll never forget!
If you can't make it to the West End, the show is set to return to touring the UK in 2020 and into 2021.
