Samantha Barks is playing a solo concert in London’s West End, it’s been announced.
Producers Lambert Jackson Productions will present Samantha Barks at the Adelphi Theatre with tickets on sale here.
Samantha Barks’ solo concert will take place on September 6 at 5pm at London’s Adelphi Theatre.
A synopsis of the concert reveals: “This is a rare opportunity to see Samantha Barks, one of the world’s leading stars, perform a beautiful, one-night concert with a live band at the stunning Adelphi Theatre before she takes on one of the most iconic roles in modern musical theatre.
Samantha Barks rose to fame in 2008 after making the final of BBC One talent show I’d Do Anything.
She went on to star as ‘Éponine’ in Les Misérables in the West End, the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2 Arena and the big screen film adaption.
Further stage roles have included ‘Velma Kelly’ in Chicago, ‘Cathy’ in The Last Five Years and ‘Vivian’ in the Broadway production of Pretty Woman.
Most recently, Barks was announced as ‘Queen Elsa’ in the original London West End production of Frozen which will begin performances at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in autumn 2020.
