The one-woman-play features the Free Guy and Killing Eve star as lawyer Tessa.

Tessa Ensler is an exceptional barrister whose career in criminal defence is the result of unwavering determination. Motivated by a commitment to justice and a passion for winning, Tessa thrives on the exhilaration of securing acquittals for her clients.

Tessa’s success seems unassailable as she is considered for a new position and shortlisted for the most esteemed award in her sector. However, an ill-fated encounter with a charming colleague reveals that the principles she has always adhered to may not safeguard her, prompting a profound reassessment of her convictions.

A recorded performance of the show in the West End was previously released for a limited time. Meanwhile a film adaptation is also in the works.
