The Show Must Go On! Live concert to air on Sky Arts

The Show Must Go On! Live concert is coming to Sky Arts.

Originally taking place at London’s Palace Theatre 2 to 6 June, the concerts saw performances from the casts of long-running West End musicals.

If you couldn’t make one of the shows in person, or just want to relive it all over again, there’s good news – the show will be available to watch on Sky Arts on Sunday 18 July at 8PM. Sky Arts is free for everyone to watch on Freeview Channel 11.

Bonnie Langford and Trevor Dion Nicholas host the concert which features an all star line up of West End stars.

Highlights include Aisha Jawando in a performance from Tina – The Tina Turner Musical; Marcus Harman in a performance from Dear Evan Hansen and Sharan Phull in a performance from Everybody’s Talking About Jamie

Also on the set list is Six Queen Collette Guitart, John Owen-Jones in a performance from Les Misérables, Lucy St Louis and Rhys Whitfield in a performance from The Phantom Of The Opera and Laura Pick in a performance from Wicked.

There are also performances from the stars of Matilda The Musical, & Juliet, The Book of Mormon, The Lion King, The Prince Of Egypt and many more.

Plus, there will be a first look performance from upcoming West End musical Back to the Future and a special opening number penned by Stiles & Drewe especially for the show.

The concert is directed by Luke Sheppard and Anna Fox with Musical Supervision by Stephen Brooker Set Design by Soutra Gilmour Lighting Design by Howard Hudson, Video Design by Fray Studio, Sound Design by Adam Fisher

Musical Direction is by Stuart Morley & Assistant Musical Direction by Issac McCullough.
