Opera lovers can anticipate the return of world-class opera with Charles Court Opera’s sparkling presentation of Rossini’s comic masterpiece, The Barber of Seville (12 – 23 March). This adaptation, set in the Wild West, promises a witty, over-the-top production with vibrant characters and a delightful musical score, directed by John Savournin and sung in English.

Shakespeare enthusiasts can look forward to Flabbergast Theatre’s refreshing take on A Midsummer Night’s Dream (9 – 20 April). This visually stunning production combines a respectful approach to the text with irreverent storytelling, promising a magical performance filled with physical comedy, song, music, and masks.

Contemporary dance takes the spotlight with Until We Stand (30 January – 1 February), a unique dance production from James Cousins Company, presented by London Contemporary Dance School. This immersive experience allows the audience to get up close to electrifying contemporary dance in an intimate standing setting.

Headlining the musical program for the season is the legendary Olivier award-winning and Grammy-nominated post-punk, cult cabaret superstars The Tiger Lillies, who join forces with cabaret legend David Hoyle for Lessons in Nihilism (20 February – 2 March).
